RTC = Rural Transformation Centre.

RTC is an agency under Ministry of Rural & Regional Development (KKLW), Ministry of Agriculture (MOA), Ministry of Education (MOE), Ministry of Health (MOH) & Ministry of Tourism Arts Culture (MOTAC) and monitored by Ministry of Finance (MOF). It involves our governments transformation program under National Blue Ocean Strategy (NBOS).
One of the RTCs objectives is to uplift the quality of life in rural areas. I am thankful that this LOBSTER AQUAPONIC PROJECT has been selected as means for RTC to do so. Thank you RTC JOHOR for giving me the opportunity to contribute.
